Consumer dispute resolution
Centmond is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (1) No. 1 VSBG). The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which older versions of this page linked to, stopped accepting complaints in March 2025 and was shut down on 20 July 2025.
